Hi, I'm Ana, I'll tell you how I got here.

My varied work experiences are what have allowed me to specialize in what was common to all of them: people.  

 

I have been fortunate to live in many cities (Brussels, London, Barcelona, Bilbao, Madrid ...) and to work in many types of organizations (Multinationals, local companies, Public Sector, Foundations, Cooperatives ...), what has permitted me to know the different work areas very well, as well as myself as I unfolded my abilities to give my best in all of them.

 

I always had the purpose of enjoying my work, which has made me make decisions, not always easy, not always following 'the path marked out', realizing when I have needed a change to move forward. What I am most passionate about about my work is that I can put the lessons learned from my own process at the service of other people.

​ I know the world of private business well. I worked 5 years as Financial Director of an American multinational, first in Madrid and then in London. I learned to take on great responsibilities while realizing the importance of taking care of my team. "People first" became my motto ever since.

​

​ Tired of quenching my thirst  to do something useful and more social by volunteering on weekends, I switched to the Third Sector to dedicate myself professionally to social intervention projects. For 15 years I worked in various NGOs coordinating and implementing support programs for entrepreneurs and unemployed people in Madrid and Barcelona.

 

​ I continue to collaborate a lot with the University. I work mainly with the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid as a trainer in master's degrees and in development cooperation programs in the Sahrawi refugee camps. I was also a Team Coach in the LEINN Degree at the Mondragon University in Bilbao.

​

​ Currently I am freelance and I am dedicated to coaching and training, helping people to get to know themselves better and make good decisions in their personal and professional life. I also facilitate mediation sessions for people or entities in a conflict situation who want to resolve it themselves without going to court.

 

​ I have a Law Degree, Diploma in Business Management, Civil, Commercial and Family Mediator, Gestalt Therapist and Systemic Coach.
